Your Faith with Jesus Christ

On Sunday morning or Wednesday evening, many Christians meet their friends or groups and talk about things or chitchat about most everything. For me, attending church is serious business. The second I enter into god's home, I start to pray on forgiveness and having relationship with god and the power of the Holy Spirit. Human beings have lot of sins, god doesn't have one speck or black spot, and he is totally perfect. We must cleanse our mind, heart and soul by praying on Psalm 51: 1-19. It is a prayer from King David, asking god to forgive him for all his sins. When you pray from your heart, rather than from the corner of your mouth, god looks and reads into your heart. He is not listening for beautiful words or long prayers. No! No! No! Before you say anything, he already knows it, because he is god. He knew you from the time you were born till today. Please god, not people. The ultimate goal of a good Christian should be having a good relationship with god and the power of the Holy Spirit. For example, when you call or speak to our earthly father, we say dad or daddy. What is the father? Abba, what is abba? Daddy. Then call your father in heaven "daddy". You will feel a much closer relationship with your daddy in heaven. The bible says, ask, you shall receive, seek you shall find, knock, it shall be open. For example, daddy I need a house. He will grant you a house, maybe not a castle but a home. If you need a car, ask your heavenly daddy for a car. Ask, daddy I need a car, he will grant you a car. It might not be an expensive car but a car you can drive around. This will happen all in god's time. With god, all things are possible, Amen. We must have strong in faith in the lord as in Luke 17: 6 "even, if you had faith as a mustard seed " the lord answered. You could say to this mulberry tree, may god uproot you and throw you into the sea, and it would obey you. Mark 16:16 it is not the water of baptism that saves but god's grace accepted through faith in Christ. Because of Jesus’ response to the criminal on the cross who died with him, we know it is possible to be saved without being baptized. (Luke 23:43) "I assure you, today you will be with me in paradise". Baptism alone, without faith does not guarantee that a person will go to heaven. Those who refuse to accept Jesus as their savior will be condemned, regardless of whether or not they have been baptized. Our goal as a Christian must be to have our name listed in the book of life. Rev. 20:12-15 “I saw the dead both great and small, standing before god's throne. And the books were opened, including the book of life. And the dead were judged according to the things written in the books, according to what they had done. The sea gave up the dead in it, and death and the grave gave up the dead in them. They were judged according to their deeds. And death and the grave were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And anyone whose name was not found recorded in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.” Brothers and sisters in Christ, we should always pray and have a good relationship and fellowship with the Lord Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit, Amen.
